my power

This Word, “My Power” was received about 3 months after I had gotten the poem / WORD “MOMENTUM”. Felt led to share this with you today and believing that those who will read this; that it will stir you up and encourage you to go after the GREATER.

It was late at night and I sitting in my bed reading a book. I had been going over and chewing on the Words in “Momentum” and just meditating on the impact and implications of those words; and The Holy Spirit spoke these words to me.

These aren’t just for me. Any who will take them and believe them, they belong to you too!!!

Desire for more

This year, there has been much increase and anointing that I’ve become more aware of and also desire more of. The Holy Spirit, His gifts and just soaking in My Father’s Love. My hearts desire is to experience a deeper revelation and intimate knowledge of The Fathers Love and to also extend His Love to others in a greater degree. To impact all who I come into contact with; being a blessing to and bestow encouragement to all whom I come in contact with.

The more I seek, the more I hunger. This is rising up in me to a greater degree.

Our Father in Heaven wants to put all of us to use. When we spend intimate time with Him and letting Him talk to us and giving Him room to share His heart with us. It opens us up to the GREATER. The Holy Spirit will begin showing us, how we can be used and how important we are to His Body. Each person that we come into contact with, we can be used to encourage, stir up, love on and just to be a help and support to.

When we become God inside minded, instead of self minded. We can reach more people with His Gospel and allow His gifts and love to reach all.

I challenge you today to spend some time with Your  Heavenly Father. Allow Him to lead you and guide your thoughts and actions today; and see how many people you can love on and reach for His glory.  Much Love and Prayers. Carol Helmick

To be THE HEAD pt 5

This anointing also shows up and is bestowed on him when he chooses to marry.

He starts with the anointing to lead a single / unmarried MAN’S life, and when he makes the decision to start searching for the “right one”; God anoints him in his search…given that he is submitting his will to the leading of the Holy Spirit in this search.

Pro 18:22  Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.

Once he has “found his wife”, God continues this anointing and then increases the anointing to include the anointing to be The Husband and HEAD!!! His anointing increased from being a single Man, to now a married Man.

For a time, He was in charge of only himself and was Head of his own house. Then he increased, and is now considered the Man / Husband / Head over a wife. Instead of being responsible for one person; he is now responsible for 2 people. Himself and his wife.

This Husband HEADSHIP anointing became his and He was crowned a Husband when he became a husband. This husband Headship anointing now became a responsibility and he became accountable to this anointing. He was the one to choose this responsibility when he decided to marry and he became the husband of a wife. However, he can choose to take the crown off and not wear it, he can toss it aside or throw it away, etc., however what he does with it he will be judged with it; or judged accordingly to what he did with it.

All the things he learned growing up he will now start to incorporate and modify, based on the decisions he makes. He and his wife will communicate and discuss things; even disagree on certain things, but ultimately he is supposed to have the final say and the final decision is supposed to be his to make. This final word lies on the shoulders and responsibility of the Man and the Head of the house.

Just like God has final say in all matters; and His Word is final authority; so too this is the way that it is supposed to be with the Husband. It is he who is crowned and anointed to be the Head.

To be THE HEAD pt 4

As each boy is growing up, they reach certain milestones in their lives. When a boy grows up and reaches adulthood, or as you would say, he becomes a MAN; he is given authority over his own life. He becomes responsible for his own actions and decisions in life. He is responsible for listening to God and hearing from God for his own life. He takes authority, accountability and responsibility for himself and his actions. He stepped over the threshold from being a child, to being an adult / MAN; and His mom and dad are no longer responsible for him. His dad / father is no longer his head; instead, He has become the head of his own house.

Joh 9:18  But the Jews did not believe concerning him, that he had been blind, and received his sight, until they called the parents of him that had received his sight.
Joh 9:19  And they asked them, saying, Is this your son, who ye say was born blind? how then doth he now see?
Joh 9:20  His parents answered them and said, We know that this is our son, and that he was born blind:
Joh 9:21  But by what means he now seeth, we know not; or who hath opened his eyes, we know not: he is of age; ask him: he shall speak for himself.
Joh 9:22  These words spake his parents, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had agreed already, that if any man did confess that he was Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue.
Joh 9:23  Therefore said his parents, He is of age; ask him.

The Lord then further explained that MEN are anointed to be MEN. The anointing is officially theirs. Now whether the MAN accepts this anointing, taps into this anointing or uses it; that is entirely up to him. It is his and it rightfully belongs to him.

Psa 8:4  What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
Psa 8:5  For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.
Psa 8:6  Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

The visual the Lord gave was like putting a crown on someones head. The MAN was crowned a MAN when he became of age. The power, authority, glory, honor, respect, responsibility, value etc., that each MAN can have and should have, was available to him when he became of age; and stepped into MANHOOD.

To be THE HEAD pt 3

This responsibility is also bestowed upon, given to and expected out of each MAN; to carry out and fulfill. All MEN have someone that they are HEAD over; someone, or several “someones” that has been placed under their leadership and care. To give guidance and directions to. To teach and train. To correct and instruct and when needed; to enforce discipline.

Therefore each MAN needs to have certain personality traits and ability’s to fulfill this role and to carry this role out. All of these traits, are found within The Heavenly Father and given as examples for MEN to walk in and follow. With these is also given the gifts, ability, anointing and empowerment to complete this mission. This empowerment is from knowing that they, THE MAN has been made THE HEAD; by their CREATOR and with this headship comes the anointing, power and ability to go with it.

1Co 11:3  But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

The more I study this out the more I realize that there is much to be learned, but there is also much that has been forgotten or neglected, or just misunderstood concerning the anointing, grace, ability, glory, headship, authority etc., that is automatically placed on each MAN; for the role that they are to carry out. Therefore, with the position comes the power and enable-ment to carry it out. God has opened my eyes to things I had never thought about before. Each of these (anointing, grace, ability, glory, headship, authority etc.) each man possesses; and with Our Father’s help I will share with you and explain it to you the way that The Lord explained it to me.

This is a day that has been set aside to shower all fathers with honor; showing you just how valuable and esteemed you are to us and to others around you.

I pray that you are blessed, increased and come up to a higher place of anointing s, gifts, talents and ability’s; as well as in your relationship with your Heavenly Father.

God has placed the ability on you, not just to be a father; but an ANOINTED FATHER; because being a father is a huge responsibility and it takes great courage and THE anointing for you to fulfill this role. Fathers, you play an invaluable and irreplaceable role in the lives of your children as well as any children that are presently involved in your life. Your children look to you for leadership, guidance, direction and as an authority figure in their lives. Children watch what you do and what you say. Gleaning and desiring to learn all they can. Knowing that as their father you have wisdom and understanding that they need to learn from you; to become all that God has for them. You are responsible for leading them in the paths of righteousness, and there is great honor in doing this.

A Faithful Man

I thank God that my Husband, endeavors to be a faithful man and father; one who loves God and loves me and his children. As the head of our house and as the father of my children; I have seen him make many mistakes and fall down; but its when he has gotten back up, brushed himself off and then gotten on his knees before the Lord that it has made me admire him the most. Any man can make mistakes; but a man / father who can admit when he is wrong and humble himself before the Lord and then commit his ways before the Lord…That is a wonderful, glorious and praiseworthy man!

Fathers, I want to personally challenge you to become all that God has for you to become; because us women need you; but most importantly your children need you. You have been anointed by God Himself, to fill this role and you should revel in your ability to fulfill it. God can and will do amazing things through you and in you if you will let Him. Not only will you be blessed but your children will be blessed because of you.  Happy FATHERS DAY to all the fathers today!!!  Much love and prayers Carol Helmick
