First I have to say that you and Mike are awesome. Love the time I get to spend with you. You build my faith, confidence, and I’m left feeling safe and secure in His Love every time. You exude the assurance we have in Him. I am most thankful for knowing that when I fully communicate continually with Him, He will show up and show off.

Proverbial “Light Bulb”

Like it was that day 7 years ago. It was like any other day at the Floral Warehouse, you know, trimming roses, preparing for the routes, etc. until ~ a customer walks in and sees the rose petals on the floor asks what we did with them. We replied, ‘ we throw them away’. She replies, ‘no! I’ll pick them up because the ladies at my church make rosary s with them’. Well! Then it happened! That proverbial “Light Bulb” went off in me, I felt it in my gut. I reply, ‘ I don’t need a Rosary, because He lives in me, but I KNOW I can make a bracelet!

Going to fast forward all the details to say that 5 years ago; I began my business. Andreae’s Design LLC. When you send me flowers from your special occasions, I will send them back to you in everyday jewelry. It’s an everyday way to remember the occasion. So much more to my thankfulness.

He showed me how to process the flowers into flakes so they could be hand rolled into the clay/your choice of color. Yes, I cry when I’m doing the flowers from a baby’s funeral and yes, I rejoice when I roll the Bridal Bouquet. Not one day has gone by that I didn’t have orders. God also put me in the position to take care of His Ladies at Assisted Living by going out 6 times a month and we make jewelry. They love it. And yes, they give me their flowers and that gives them their beads.

I share this to encourage others to be listening, be mindful of the mighty God we serve and most of all to give thanks for the many blessings He has for us when we are under His ‘wing’. Thank you Carol for this opportunity to share that ‘that ordinary day at work can change your life when we listen. Love you and Mike for the guidance you provide for us out here listening. Andreae
