Hello Mike and Carol, I do want to say that God has never left me destitute. He has always made sure that I have been able to provide for my family. I want to take this opportunity to share my testimony of How I got the job that I am doing now; because I know it was God’s hand in the matter, although I didn’t know him yet.
(God) provided for me
I had just separated from my husband, and had come to terms with the fact that he was not going to provide any form of child support or alimony and I knew that I had to find a regular job with a regular income to pay the mortgage, support my children, etc; (my job was part-time and seasonal at the time). So, I sat down on my sofa one day and beside me is an ‘ads’ newspaper that my daughter had bought that day and it was spread wide open on a specific page. As I am sitting there, I glance at it and my eye catches an advertisement for a job which seemed to be suitable for me. So I picked the paper up, made the call and arranged for an interview. When I went for the interview, I was hired on the spot and have been working there now for ten years.
