FATHERS

ANOINTED

To be THE HEAD pt 4

As each boy is growing up, they reach certain milestones in their lives. When a boy grows up and reaches adulthood, or as you would say, he becomes a MAN; he is given authority over his own life. He becomes responsible for his own actions and decisions in life. He is responsible for listening to God and hearing from God for his own life. He takes authority, accountability and responsibility for himself and his actions. He stepped over the threshold from being a child, to being an adult / MAN; and His mom and dad are no longer responsible for him. His dad / father is no longer his head; instead, He has become the head of his own house.

Joh 9:18  But the Jews did not believe concerning him, that he had been blind, and received his sight, until they called the parents of him that had received his sight.
Joh 9:19  And they asked them, saying, Is this your son, who ye say was born blind? how then doth he now see?
Joh 9:20  His parents answered them and said, We know that this is our son, and that he was born blind:
Joh 9:21  But by what means he now seeth, we know not; or who hath opened his eyes, we know not: he is of age; ask him: he shall speak for himself.
Joh 9:22  These words spake his parents, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had agreed already, that if any man did confess that he was Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue.
Joh 9:23  Therefore said his parents, He is of age; ask him.

The Lord then further explained that MEN are anointed to be MEN. The anointing is officially theirs. Now whether the MAN accepts this anointing, taps into this anointing or uses it; that is entirely up to him. It is his and it rightfully belongs to him.

Psa 8:4  What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
Psa 8:5  For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.
Psa 8:6  Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

The visual the Lord gave was like putting a crown on someones head. The MAN was crowned a MAN when he became of age. The power, authority, glory, honor, respect, responsibility, value etc., that each MAN can have and should have, was available to him when he became of age; and stepped into MANHOOD.

What do you think?
